For Partners
Grow Your Transport Refrigeration Business with BlackShields
We work with transport refrigeration distributors, refrigerated truck body builders and professional service companies. The sections below set out what each form of cooperation involves.

Cooperation 01
Become a Distributor
A distribution partnership works when the product range fits the market and the parts and technical support are actually available behind it.
Distributors carry the range into a territory and need three things from a manufacturer: a product line that covers the vehicle classes their customers run, spare parts that can be supplied without long lead times, and technical support that answers engineering questions rather than only commercial ones. Platform standardisation matters here — common components across models reduce the inventory a distributor has to hold.

Cooperation 02
Truck Body Builder Solutions
Body builders need refrigeration units that fit the bodies they build, with installation dimensions confirmed before the body is closed up.
The working relationship is technical rather than commercial. What a body builder needs is the condenser mounting options available for each model, installation dimensions, and confirmation of how the evaporator sits inside the compartment and how much load space it takes. Monoblock units simplify this — one mounting position and one body opening — while split units give placement flexibility across varied chassis.

Cooperation 03
Service Partner Program
Service quality is what determines whether a fleet buys the same unit twice, so the service network is part of the product.
A service partner needs diagnostic information, spare parts availability and a route to technical escalation when a fault is not covered by the standard troubleshooting path. Controller fault codes, the maintenance schedule and the in-transit recheck rule are the three pieces of documentation that carry most day-to-day service work.
